You must return items within 28 days at your own cost, in a new and unused condition, with original seals and tags in place and together with a John Belfield International Store Receipt. If you do not, we may not refund at all or refund the current or last selling price. Items are credited to your account within 3 working days of receipt at John Belfield International.
Items can only be returned if found to be faulty. Your statutory rights are not affected.
If you wish to cancel your order we ask you to phone us on 01782 66 28 28. If we have already posted your item the refund policy will apply.
Delivery will be made to the address specified by you. Please note that our standard delivery of products is within UK only. Standard Delivery is via First Class mail. We do our best to secure delivery within 3-5 working days of the date of your order but you must allow 28 days on any delivery before any cliam requests can be raised.
